Ballpark
Ballpark is a free Claude AI setup for freelancers, studios, and agencies who are tired of spending hours calculating what to charge. You feed it your past proposals and invoices, describe a new brief, and get a data-backed price range in seconds. Setup takes about 10 minutes.
How it works
You upload your past proposals and invoices into a Claude project. Ballpark reads and remembers everything: clients, services, prices, deliverables, dates, currencies.
When a new brief comes in, you describe the scope. Ballpark finds the most comparable past projects, adjusts for volume, timeline, client tier, and territory, and gives you a range. Every number references a real past project. No market rates, no guesswork.
It also flags undercharging, spots scope creep signals, and handles bundled projects where one price covered multiple services.

You need a Claude AI account (pro works, max is better).

Step 3: Upload your history
Drop in 10-15 past proposals or invoices as project knowledge. PDFs, Word docs, whatever you have. The more you feed it, the sharper it gets. Think of it as your own freelance pricing tool, built on real data instead of industry averages.Questions? feel free to get in touch here: sub.stnc®
